Unfortunately some geek think its funny to plague my system with porn pop-ups and programs on my C-drive, also pop-up links to other websites keep flashing up every 10 minutes.
I have Norton Anti-virus 2003, but Im wondering is there anything better than Norton, im also after anti-spyware too as Ive just been informed my system now has this installed.
Anyone know of any good software avaliable in the UK in say Dixons or PC world that will "do the job" easily and safely.
Thanks.

AccessPlugin, IEMonit, Whazit/Rnd, GoHip are the programs that I know have been installed...how can I isolate them or delete them, or which anti-spyware program will be best?

Ad-aware as stated above has been great on my machine since I downloaded it a couple of weeks ago. When I first ran it it found 229 items!!
I now run it once a week and I'm pop-up and spyware free!

I highly recommend adaware..make sure you get the latest..build 1.05, I believe.
Other good ones:
HijackThis - The best tool ever made. Allows manual removal of threats.
PestPatrol - Very aggressive scanning engine. It's not free though.
SpySweeper - Another commercial program but they have a free demo. Lots of protection, runs in background and can do on-demand scanning just like the others.
