SKYTEAM: I recall you saying you were in NYC back in '92. Dude, the city has changed leaps and bounds since then and is absolutely the best and only place in America worth living in.
I'm originally from South Carolina and used to visit Atlanta a lot when I was living down there. Back then it was pretty dingy, dangerous, racist, conservative and small. It only had a few skyscrapers. I haven't been back to Atlanta or that part of the world in years. I hear it's still dangerous, but it's grown significantly ever since. It's amazing to see how much the city has changed and how it's become such a major center in the past fifteen years. I hear it has even become quite multicultural. I never would have predicted Atlanta to grow to what it has become today. It even has the busiest airport and always will unless Heathrow builds T5 or DFW gets it's act together. O'Hare's days no. 1 are over. Anyways, I was blabbing there, but I'd like to go back to that part of the country and see how it's changed.

Hi Louis, Thas cool that NY has changed since 92, I'll have to take a trip up their soon.
I remember Atlanta being pretty bad, But they have done a lot to the city, We have a lot more skyscrapers, Its a lot cleaner, I dont consider Atlanta dangerous at all, Its not a racist town. Most of the population in Atlanta is black, The 1996 Olympics really helped Atlanta become a leader in many things.

My parents and sister were just there in August and they say they loved it. They said it is very organized (the public transportation system especially) and they like the ballpark. We may go back soon.

Atlanta is a great city. I live in San Francisco and I've visited ATL twice. Turner field is the BEST ballpark and I love the Braves! The Coca-Cola museum? What's better than unlimited soda? And we can't forget that Atlanta is home to the busiest (and greatest) airport in the world. And home to that little airline that carried the most passengers worldwide...what's it called? Delta is the greatest!
