I had the same interview with Westjet (actually 2 of them). Their interviews are "behavioural interviews" based on past experiences with work and people.
Tell us a time when you strongly dissagreed with your team, but had to agree in the end, just because the majority did. Why did you do it?
Tell us one time in your past experience when you used humor to neutralize a tense situation.
Be prepared for these types of questions. First of all, look neat, smile and don't make stuff up. I've been told by some employee at Westjet that it's ok to even bring notes to your interview, to help you remember better.
I'm not sure about UK, but hopefully it's the same.

Buy a book on interviewing. Study the questions in there. Have someone such as a friend, or family member help you practice.
Go in with a positive attitude. Remember how you've been applying for 3 years? Be happy it paid off. This interview in itself is an accomplishment, and they're interested in you for a reason. Make sure they know how interested you are in their company.
Make a good rapport with the interviewer and several opportunities from the same company could be in your future...Regardless if they find you to be a perfect match for this position. All you need is an insider of the company who knows you, and thinks highly of you.

Answer their questions honestly, and if you don't understand ask them to clarify.
Use a little humour but be polite and friendly. Think about situations in your life that you have dealt with and may apply to the interview. A little mind map in your head can help you answer the trickier questions.
Ask a few questions yourself - is there the chance to advance within the company? What bases are recruiting? etc
Find out some info about the airline - fleet, destinations, culture etc. They may ask you what you know about them.
It's important to be dressed tidily (business dress), well groomed and punctual. Make sure you sit in a "professional" way - don't slouch or fidget. Kepp your hands as still as possible.

Nearly had to cancel it today, work wre being nice and changed my shift to a early start, but even after doin half a shift, i would have still got to manchester at 1630, with the interview startin at 1530. Not good
Rang them up to cnacel, then rang them later asking if any other bases were looking. Thankfully they are operating a day on sunday as well, so i have been booked in for a 1130 start. Een if i dont want the job, i have been applying for about 3 years, and this is the first company to get back.
