My girlfriend and I are both huge soccer fans and assuming that both of our teams qualify to the World Cup (US for me and Mexico for her) we plan to go to the World Cup 2006 in Germany.

I attended all the 1st round WC games in Chicago when it was in the US and the games in Paris when it was in France and I never remember paying anything more than $40 for tickets.

Does anyone know what the face value for tickets is going to be for the 1st round games in Germany and the best way and when to buy tickets? I'm not planning to purchase anything until I know when and where the US and Mexico will be playing but if it will be on a lottery system I would like to sign up as soon as possible.
