I love that thing, been using it for a while. For the last two days, it's refused to work however.

Tried downloading the newest version, still didnt work.

How about the rest of you? Have it? If so, it working?

I used to use Weatherbug, but now I use Desktop Weather by the Weather Channel. I've found it works better and I dont get popups.

I had the weather channel version but didn't care for it as much. I also run the intellicast weather deal in conjunction with Weather Bug. Those 2 work for me.

cboy....never heard of the "weatherbug"...but we do have a weather dog down here. The weather girl on channel 46 use it to predict the weather and it is pretty accurate. In the morning we send it out (it's a black lab) and if it comes back running and bouncing its goona be a sunny day, if it comes back wet...its gonna rain. If it comes back white, we can safely expect snow, and if it don't come back at all...it's a tornado.

Cheers.....dl021

It'll work for the first few minutes... then it'll "refresh" itself and remain perpetually stuck in that status, saying that it needs an active internet connection (which I obviously have, but it cannot sense for some reason).

This just started like two days ago, before that, it'd worked fine for over a year.

I'm pretty sure weatherbug is adware. In which case, check you haven't run adaware, spybot, or any other detect-and-remove software recently. If you have, this could remove files that render weatherbug inoperative.

Cheers

Thanks!
