Bayern Munich have Ballack and Roy Makay, two class players who could do damage to Arsenal's defence. Apart from that we don't know much about Munich, what sort of form they're in or what type of game they play.

Arsenal will lose, Barca haven't got a prayer against Chelsea, Man Utd will beat Milan and Liverpool will probably just scrape through against Leverkusen

My Predictions:

Real Madrid v Juventus - Juve
Porto v Inter Milan - Inter
Barcelona v Chelsea - Barcelona
Werder Bremen v Lyon - Bremen
Liverpool v Bayer Leverkusen - Leverkusen
PSV Eindhoven v Monaco - PSV
Man Utd v AC Milan - Milan
Bayern Munich v Arsenal - Arsenal

Chelsea may struggle against Barca - they dont travel to the UK very well but we go over there first and i'll be delighted with a draw there - then we take them back to the Bridge and do them. In theory. Not sure its gonna be that simple - much will depend on Ferreira being able to live with Ronaldinho - Etoo is a livewire and we'll have to watch him - Puyol has the class to deal with Robben too - we must be very careful. I think we may get found out and lose out when Barca get a very good score draw at the Bridge.

You should see how easily Barca dismantled Celtic - should have been 5 or 6-1 at Celtic Park and it very easily could have been 8-0 at the Nou Camp if Barca had taken their chances

Personally I can't see any way Barca can beat Chelsea - maybe if Ronaldinho is red hot but Chelsea are too strong at the back and their 2 wingers (Duff and Robben) are red hot. I think Chelsea will go through by 2 clear goals. Arsenal are IMHO in trouble against Bayern, Liverpool got a lucky draw and Man Utd have the most evenly contested tie IMHO - it could go either way

Arsenal could realistically beat Bayern for christ's sake, they perform better in the knock out stages.

Because they know they could go out, they actually pull heir finger out of their asses and try to score.

Have I missed something or have I not seen Arsenal in a European final for a few years now? Surely if they perform better in the latter stages they would have won it by now? The problem is Arsenal are crap against good teams in Europe

Not when you've only progressed to the stages twice. Of course the format has only recently changed from 2 knock out sections.

The problem is Arsenal are crap against good teams in Europe

Personally, i'd say the (almost) exact opposte. The better teams actually play for a win and dont just play a 9-1-1 formation.

Arsenal 5-1 Inter
Arsenal 3-1 Juventus
Arsenal 4-1 Bayer Leverkusen (the year they were finalists)
Arsenal 3-1 Roma

Am i the only one who thinks Chelsea will beat Barca? Everyone fancies Barca to beat Chelsea but i don't see it that way. Chelsea have a deadly attack and more importantly, a solid defence. Barcelona for all their attacking prowess, are suspect at the back. They destroyed Celtic but somehow i don't think they're gonna dismantle Chelsea in the same manner. Mourinho has conquered the CL with an average team in Porto, i wouldn't bet against it again with Chelsea.

Now Arsenal, we simply have to show we can beat the best, starting off with Bayern, we drew with them twice two seasons ago. I expect us to go through over two legs. If Henry can rise to the occasion, it's all over.

As I said, Chelsea will batter Barca IMHO. Apart from Ronaldinho Chelsea are better in every other position

I don't think Barcelona will batter Chelsea, there are no demolishion jobs at this stage of the CL, but with the way Chelsea are playing, it's entirely possible for them to beat Barca over two legs.

The draw has put up some great clashes.

Real Madrid v Juventus - On current form, Juventus should win easily. Real have been disappointing this year

Barcelona v Chelsea - Too close to call. I am predicting a Barca win, but I wouldn't be suprised if Chelsea get through. Mourinhio is a smart coach and he already knows the Barca style, having been assistant manager there.

AC Milan v Man Utd - Milan have been up and down, while Man Utd have been pretty much the same too. With Ruud battling injuries and Schevchenko on fire this year, I think Milan will get up.

Bayern Munich will be tough for the gunners to play against. But I like our chances, if we can get our leaky defence fixed up. Especially from set pieces, where Ballack and Maakay will murder us, if something is not done soon,
