I had some weird allegic skin thing going on a few years back and went to the allergist. I had the full foods and regular alergin skin test... where they prick your back with a stylus and put droplets of various crap on your back. Very uncomfortable, turns out I wasn't particularly allergic to anything. As a part of that I also had to have to vials of blood taken... I HATE NEEDLES. I don't remember passing out, I just remember waking up.

i hate any visit where they put that cold stethoscope on you that they've been keeping in subzero temps...and i HATE physicals...i can't stand it when they check for a hernia....

Well, I wouldn't have said OB/GYN a few years ago, but I had to have an endometrial biopsy and that has made me have a great dislike for this type of doctor. Don't get me wrong, I really like the doctor, but that test was the most painful thing I've ever been through.

eyedoctors have given up on my eyes. I really need drops to compensate for a low level of fluid production (tearglands malfunctioning), but my eyes are oversensitive to all drops I ever used so I can't use them...

it's interesting to read the responses, and check the age of the respondent. The 16-20 year olds really hate the hernia and testicle check ("unless my girfriend does it" - ya, right!), the older people complain about the digital rectal exam, and the oldest hate biopsies. That's life!
