Coupe/Convertible: Mercedes Benz SL65 AMG & Honda S2000. Both are absolutely gorgeous.
Minivan: Honda Odyssey. Honda reliability and never before seen minivan performance.
Sedan: Mercedes Benz E55 AMG. One word: beast.
SUV: Porsche Cayenne Turbo. With a 0-60 time of 5 flat, need I say more?
Now realistically, would I ever pay for these myself? No. They all cost more then they are worth, Odyssey & S2000 being exempt. No car in my opinion is worth more then 40k.

I like the RX8 as well--but my favorite would have to be the Porsche 911 Turbo--followed by the 3rd Generation RX7 Twin Turbo. Are you an RX8 owner TWAMD80?

Heck, I would even settle for the standard Marauder with the 390.
