Ok, just because Democrats have gotten so much hell from Republicans about the whole Washington Governor's race, saying Democrats were just sore losers......

http://www.cnn.com/2004/ALLPOLITICS/12/28/washington.governor.ap/index.html

So now who is being a sore loser? He is also demanding a re-vote. Insane

It's well known that both sides have sore losers, I've never seen anybody deny that.

However, you libs choose to ignore the very relevant and important fact that one particular side seems to have quite a bit more cases of 'sore losers'.

Happy to hear you feel that way, Alphie. I guess it hurts to know that you have no case at all, but can't admit it.

Absolutely incredible in it's idiocy.

Coming from a crybaby nutjob like you, I take that as a complement.

What am I crying about?

You are in no position at all to call people crybabies, my friend. Take a look in the mirror.

Thanks for the chuckle though.

I sense frustration coming from you, rather than a chuckle.

Well, if you're telling the truth, and all you can do is laugh at me instead of argue my points, you're just kidding yourself and you probably know it. Go ahead, laugh it up.

Hello to all...

Since I actually live in Washington state and have been following this VERY closely, I know what is going on. I can say that while yes, Dino Rossi is making a big deal about this and not being a very good looser, Christine Gregoire was being just as big of a sore looser during the first TWO counts. Now that she has FINALLY "won" the election, after the THIRD count she is happy and only now says that it is time for the state to move on. Of course she wasn't saying this when the votes weren't in her favor.

I think that the best way for this big mess to finally be over is to have a revote.

Why would there be a need for a re-vote if the votes were counted? A re-vote is NOT a viable option, because it would allow for some people to change they're vote from what it was before. They voted once. They're votes were counted. The Republicans are good at throwing out votes, and funny thing happens when those votes are allowed in. The Republican candidate loses. I wonder what would have happened in 2000.....Hmmmmm....

They're both whining politicians...

The bigger question: How is a Republican candidate able to make the race this close in a state like Washington? Is Christine Gregoire that undesirable?

I wonder what would have happened if all the soldier's votes overseas were discounted as Gore wanted them to be...because they didn't have PROPER STAMPAGE. The whining takes place on both sides. I like how after two recounts the democratic canidate would like to move on, because, she won, so it must be right this time.

Frankly, I don't care either way, but the Republican candidate WON THE FIRST TWO RECOUNTS, while the third recount has given the election to the Democratic candidate.

Contrast that with the Florida 2000 recount when EVERY SINGLE RECOUNT RESULTED IN A BUSH WIN.

That's strange. I could have sworn that's exactly what the right wingers were saying after the 2000 presidential election about Gore.

Look, this is your opportunity to show some testicular fortitude and either confess your just as guilty or apologize to the Dems.

Or better yet, keep letting NWA do all the talking for you. He's the king of hypocracy. You'll be in good hands there.

Cute post on airwhiners btw. Typical right winger. If I don't agree with you 100% I must be an idiot. You know crap like that would be deleted here, so you run to airwhiners. Pathetic.

I think that if all the votes were counted and the Democratic candidate one, that should be final. If that is the case, then Dino Rossi should stop complaining and shut up. This country needs to get over its re-count obsession; if Rossi won, then move on. The only reason for a re-vote would be in the case of missing ballots, or some other mistake like that.

BTW I'm a Republican.

Different situation. If the WA Democratic candidate won every single one of the three recounts, and the Republican candidate was still clamoring for a recount (of only white, Christian, wealthy counties) then you'd have parallel situations.

You have to admit it's a little odd that the first recount gave the Republican candidate a lead of 200+ votes, the second one gave the Rep a lead of 40+ votes, and the final and third recount gave the Dem candidate a lead of 100+ votes.

Hey Non...there is one HUGE difference to your 2000 election crutch...there was never one instance where Gore won any vote count in the state of FL...despite similar efforts by the dems and countless independant recounts after the much maligned Supreme Court Giveaway.
