You do wonder whether some people should be let out on their own. I suppose there are plenty of people who do things without thinking of the consequences, or without doing the "risk assessment," but the results aren't as terminal as this.

A close call happened over here before Christmas when a train surfer fell off the train, got run over and lost both legs. Won't do it again, though.
