An a.net user (elbonian living in Paris) has recently laid on quite a lot of weight and was wondering what methods can effectively help him to reduce his posterior mass.

Anybody have good diet suggestions?

I think he shall (...) pass à la moulinette. Perhaps cutting down all the yogurt and mcdo would help him lose weight.

Round up a few dogs, get some pork chops/sausages whatever, tie them on to the chubby Elbonian and make the dogs run after him.
Should lose a few pounds of the rhaat  Big grin

Lose weight in Paris? Is that possible?? All that great food. Making me jealous there.

One of my and my wifes favourite places to eat there. Great food, get there early to avoid the queue

Gkirk,

there is a misconception here. The rhaat is not the one on a diet. The 707cmf is on a diet.

I'll probably get a swing and miss picture here because it's so obvious, but I would guess the worst diet possible is the Jcs17 diet?  Big grin

Send him to Scotland....with Haggis the only nutrition available...that should do the trick...as for exercices: Running away from Kirkie and his buddies, who'll be delighted to get some human flesh after all those sheep...and then those jealous sheep. He'll be back in mint condition...well not all parts of his body  Big grin Big grin

Right Andreas...
Sheep sha&&ers are found in Wales, New Zealand and the Falkland Islands. Not Scotland (except Aberdeen supporters)

Funny how a thread on 707cmf's big butt can quickly evolve into a sheep-and-clog thing Big grin

This 'initial' topic of the thread remains to be proved...

After a week of flu, I dare say that I still have very little appetite, and my big butt really is a thing of the past...

Cheers,

Of course now with a big gut it's hard to see past it and thus see your big butt.

Erm Kirkie...bitches DO NOT actively shag...that is not possible out of anatomical reasons, just in case you don't know.

btw: The world knows as a fact it is the British islands that breed sheepshaggers, the further to the North one travels, the fiercer the advocats of sheepshagging. Kirkie, give it up, EVERYBODY knows that  Big grin

Seriously, there is this company over in the US called weight watchers. It actually has some scientific proof that it actually works. I can also tell you from personal experience it works pretty well, I have dropped quite a few pounds in the last couple months thanks to it.

The way it works is you are assigned a point value based on your weight that represents how much you are supposed to eat in a given day. You are also given flex points to use over the course of the week. Different foods are assigned point values. Exercise also has point values so it allows you to eat more if you exercise more. It is a pretty easy diet to stick to really, you can eat anything you want you just have to learn moderation.
