One of the most famous TV show ever I would have to say.
I used to watch it when I was a kid, and it has been aired and re-aired ever since on French TV.
Thinking back to it, I must say I cannot single out my best memory of that show, it was too huge. The Laura/Nellie rivalry, how Mrs. Olson would always get angry somewhere before the end of the episode, how most of the time, everybody si poor but everybody is kind...
And the larger than life generosity of Charles Ingalls, lol, if only it had been true for Michael Landon...

That was SUCH crap, that show - honestly, how did they get away with that much saccharine year after year ? The only good bit in it was Mrs. Olsen being a right cow every week - that at least was funny.
