Hey All!
Well, as you can tell by the Topic, I'd like some advice on weight loss. Now I'm not the most fit guy about, so could do with losing a fair bit.
My question basically is, does anyone have any good routines that they have followed to lose weight, I'm not talking about Atkins or what not, just normal everyday stuff, i.e. run on the treadmill, do weight etc. I do this all, just doesn't seem to help

Aerobic activity, 35-40 minutes for a session, 70-75% max. heart rate of your age group, 3-4 times a week. Eat a well balanced diet, caloric intake should be just slightly less than your calculated daily caloric expenditure rate. Go get 'em.

try going for a week eating as you normally do.. write down the calories of everything you eat.. no cheating then divide by 7 to find your average... Now try taking 20% off of that so if its 3000 try going down to 2400

I lost about 35 pounds a couple summers ago by running and limiting my calorie intake to 2000-2200 calories per day. I've managed to keep all but 6 pounds of that off. However, I could still stand to lose 20 pounds.

Here's a tip, avoid "miracle" diets... it's all bullsh!t-- I know it, you know it, they know it.
Should you choose not to: they'll be richer, and you'll [eventually] be disappointed and back to where you started if not worse. You and they also know that.
