Hi guys, I have been calling CapitalOne Canada for like 4 weeks now, but it seems that no one EVER answer the phone. I checked their website,1-800-481-3239 seems is the only number I could call.
Any ideas what is going on? And how can I get in touch with them?(Already wrote a letter with no response)

Log in on the website, then send them a message. They are pretty good at replying.

Actually...what the f....www.capitalone.ca doesn't even offer an online service by the look of it!

What a steaming load.

Anyway it says 24 hour Customer Service so phone them at some silly time.

Yes, I can only get the automatic messages, and that's it!!! I can't even change my mailing address.
