Anyone go to any good concerts lately? I'm going to see Montgomery Gentry tonight. Should be a good show, although I'm willing to be there aren't many country music fans on the board. If by some long shot anyone has ever seen them, how are they?

So far I have plans to see Black Sabbath, Audioslave, Green Day & The Go! Team - but of course that depends on the time schedule. I'm also planning to add a few names to that list.
The last "concert" I saw, was Fatboy Slim rocking the mud in front of Orange Stage at last years Roskilde Festival.

Marianne Faithfull is coming to LA next month, and I could not be more thrilled seeing as I missed out on her when she last came through here 3 years ago!

Saw Bad Religion and Rise Against a few months ago, my first concert in about 2 years. Next one - Social Distortion at Fillmore in a week!
Alex.

The next concerts will be "Die Toten Hosen" in May and then Hammerfall a bit later. That should be pretty cool since it's not a part of a tour and I think the release of their new album. Someone also told me they're gonna have 4 or 5 bands play before them, so it's gonna be pretty cool.
I saw Tristania with Therion and some other bands. They're hot, so Thom@s, enjoy the night

I tried to get a ticket for Green Day last week and there was more chance of me getting pregnant. According to the review in the papers it was a brilliant concert too. Totally sold out months in advance and tickets were like gold dust.
Arse to it. I'll just have to make do with REM instead.

The people I really want to see in concert are Kristine W, Amber, Elenor McEvoy, Safri Duo, Caater, and Joe Satriani. Of those, I think only Kristine W and Joe Satriani will be the only ones to hit Portland. The last concert I went to was Saint John the Baptist in Salt Lake City. They were pretty good.

Safri Duo sounds cool. I like the music they make...
Do you guys also have some stuff like "clubs" where there are tons of concerts of a certain style....(I don't mean huge stadiums) Here in Switzerland we have Z7 in Pratteln, it's a hot shop, metal concerts 'till you drop

Nothing coming to St. Louis over the next couple of months...as of yet planned. Of course it is nice to be able to save some after trecking around in 2003 & 2004 to follow Fleetwood Mac.
For now I am just waiting for some of the summer shows to begin. Will probably see Jimmy Buffett.
St. Louis will probably see the Fall leg of the U2 arena tour. I'd definitely go to see them.
