Greetings!
I have my first day of work tomorrow! (Wednesday.) I am extremely nervous and extremely zealous about it. It has long been my dream to work in a real baseball stadium, and though it is not quite MLB (team is triple-A), it will do.
Shift is 9am to 3pm, so at least will be off for most of the afternoon and evening, and can attend church for Ash Wednesday.
Right now, my biggest fear is the anticipation of how daunting the task sounds...keeping the parking lot, seating bowl, and concourses clean of a stadium of it's size. Hopefully though all of the fear is just in my head.
I just hope I don't have too many pieces of gum stuck to the ground. Ick!
