Hi,
I need some help here. I acquired a year or so back, a newspaper. The date on it is April 15, 1865, the day after President Lincoln was shot. The paper name is 'The New Yorker'. I have a feeling it is worth quite a bit more than what I paid. I paid 60 dollars for it. The condition is pretty good considering how old it is. I want to find someone to keep it from deteriorating any further. Does anyone know how much something like this is worth, or who I would contact?

I have never heard of a "New Yorker" newspaper before, nothing came up on Google when I searched for it...The only periodical I know of named "The New Yorker" is the famous magazine, and that was founded in 1925, 60 years after Lincoln was shot...
