Yup, go to Curacao . . . there's an Ostrich Farm there, on the east end of the island. It's a real bitch to get to . . . almost always need a 4X4. We (the US) had a FOB there in the late 1990s (still there in a different fashion) after we shut down ops in Panama . . .
I had to go there several times (Shucks, HAD to go there . . . may I recommend the Marriott Curacao Resort and Casino ) and tried to eat there at least once each trip.
Other great places in Curacao also. The Castle on top of the hill downtown . . . awesome!

I've tried the Omaha steaks, and they are good, but definitely over-rated and over-priced. I can enjoy just as much a burger made from meat from the Stop&Shop around the corner. Great, now I'm hungry...

I've had Omaha steak burgers.....very good, but all they are is ground sirloin...go to your local grocery store, buy some fresh ground sirloin and make your own burgers. In my opinion, just as good and a heck of a lot cheaper.
One thing about frozen beef (or poultry)...if you defrost it in the microwave...very convenient, but you are going to lose flavor. I made that mistake for quite a few years. Best bet is to put the frozen meat in the refridge the night before you plan on cooking it...let it defrost slowly....tastes much better. Do not let it defrost at room temperature....you are asking for trouble.
