I just saw the movie (yeah I know, I'm behind on the times) and I must say it was intriguing. I'm not a huge Ashton Kutcher fan but I thought he did an excellent job in the film. Amy Smart was as gorgeous as ever. I thought it was a very dark movie, but there's nothing wrong with that if it's done well. The director's cut ending was interesting but very powerful. Just my two cents. Anyone else out there liked/disliked the film?

I enjoyed it, much more thought-provoking than the usual Hollywood fare. Didn't care for the director's cut endings, however.

I'm a fan of any movie that explores the chaos theory. I especially loved Donnie Darko, but the Butterfly Effect was a good one too.

I thought it was pretty good. Can't remember with cut it was, but the one where he strangles himself in the womb seemed too unrealistic to me

A very UN-expected good flick. My wife has a knack for renting really b-a-d movies, and when she brought this home, all I could think of, was the fact that Ashton was in it, and it'll probably blow, big time. Glad to say, I was wrong!

Would make a good rainy day double feature on the DVD player with "The Ring"....

I thought it was pretty good, but that could have been due to the low expectations I had considering Ashton whatever was playing the main character. Regardless, it stands out among the usual Hollywood dribble IMHO.
