Anyone Work For LH?

As you can guess, I need one of the wonderful helpful people at LH to see about a small favour. I am flying to BOS next week, and am in need of a window seat, but there are none available. I am booked on the UA8859*LH420/01APR FRA BOS in the dreaded Y class - I have a UA RLOC but not the corresponding LH Inventory RLOC (which is the only one that's any use) - the UA RLOC is PHPBWI. I do have an aisle seat assigned already for the flight, but its not ideal.

Any assistance (seating, upgrade, lounge access, red carpet etc  Smile ) would be much appreciated.

Lufthansa are pleased to announce that they refuse to carry you onboard one of their normal passenger flights.
If however, you would like to fly onboard a much more suitable a/c for you, we will be happy to arrange it for you. Would an Antonov 225 be suffice?

May not be ideal for you, but it's ideal for us here in BOS. God forbid we have to see your mug staring out the window. Bit too much of a shock.

HAH ! It will cast a warm radiant blesséd glow upon your festering building site of a city. Beware my wrath, Beanboy - be grateful I'm even condescending to visit ! Big grin

Just kidding - I know I will recieve the traditionally warm and welcoming FIS greeting when I arrive, ie. "HowlongareyastayinnaUnitedStateswhatizzaporpoiseuvyavisitwherewillyabestayinputyourleftindexfingahonthepadnowtherightthankyousahhaveaniceday."

What days are you in BOS? I might fly up there for a few drinks.

Alex.

Money does not bring you happiness. But it's better to cry in your own private limo than on a cold bus stop.

Never argue with idiots. They will bring you down to their level, and beat you with experience.

You don't have to go to MSY to get woo-woos (although in MSY I prefer Hurricanes anyway) - there is a little Cuban restaurant in Lambeth (near St.Thomas Hospital) that does FABE-ulous woo-woos. Mmmmmmmm.

Alex - ignore the other Alex ! I will be in BOS from 1st to the 10th, but I don't know yet what days I'll be free (family obligations, you know !).
