It has become more difficult to find on line hookups to radio stations in the USA due to copyright and advertising issues. Try USA sites of Yahoo under Entertainment/Radio and you can find independent and University run radio stations with a variety of music. I am not sure what your preference is, if Jazz, Dance, hip-hop, classic rock, or country, but I am quite sure you can find something there.

I have checked all pages. They are pretty good since I like almost every kind of music. But what I'm looking for right now is more like Alternative Rock and Hip Hop/R n' B.
If your looking for a station in a particular US city just type in the city press go and you will get a list of both AM/FM stations with a indicator if they stream their programmes.
