That fish post got me thinking.... have there been any (decently well-known) A.netters who've died or been killed since becoming patrons of this site?

We seem to have quite a few that have been arrested (one quite publically), so just curious.

Anyone?

ConcordeBoy: This sounds more like an emotional stage you're going through following your assault.  Wink

BTW, who was publically arrested? Was it TWFirst for sewing his foreskin back on in public?

I just read about this guy on BBC News. He raped a baby, that made me almost sick. He has had a sexual interest young girls for 20+ years and he only received about 5-6 years in prison. Also he was dubbed most likely to do it again. He video taped himself doing it aswell, JESUS CHRIST. How the hell can a judge put a menus to society to prison for 5 years, its a disgrace. And they said that he could do it again.

Yes, he was a user here. In fact he had a dozen or so user names pretending to be everything from a pilot to a student...

Read the article again, he is in jail for life. The BBC mentioned two different persons (among them SAS23 aka Neil Robertson) in the same article because the same judge dealt with both of them in a short time period.

Yes the kid, who crashed a Cessna (not his own) into a skyscraper in Tampa, was a member here. His name was Charles Bishop and he had several usernames.

Thanks for the links. It was also VERY eerie to read the WTC thread linked in the first one, that was started in 2000. Interesting to read what people said, especially with the 20/20 hindsight we now have.
