I suppose after the McCartney incident, something like this would happen. But the language used was rather strong. There is even serious talk of decommissioning in the summer. Let's hope this is an important step to an ever-lasting peace, and a Northern Ireland where the mafia-style gangs (which is what the IRA and other factions have become) don't exist.
