1) Never run it all the way down
2) A good three days
3) Never done that, usually if I need to travel with it, I only watch one movie because they usually are shorter flights, but I have never run it down.

Laptop: Battery Charge circuit is kaput, has to be plugged in.
Cell Phone: a week if I don't use it, or maybe a day if used like I usually do.
DVD player: Plugged into an inverter for constant operation. (Not a portable, but it goes where I go.)
Explain to me how the hell you get that long out of your battery. My old PowerBook that broke over a month ago after 6 months of life got maybe 2 1/2 hours, max. Still working on calibrating the battery of this computer, and I'm sure I can't get 5 hours out of it.
My Cell Phone lasts about 2-3 days when not used, about 3 or 4 hours of calls. Usually about a 24-36 hour mix of the two.
Also don't have one, my portable DVD player, or PowerBook lasts just long enough to cut off the end of the movie on the airplane. I'm seriously considering the extra battery.

1-I'm not mobile enough, so I don't know. I would guess it's much like Wietse's, seeing it's also a cheapo Dell.
2-Depends on the frequency used. I'd say 2-3 days with a couple of 30 min calls daily.
3-Don't have one, so I'll us my TV's remote: I've had the TV nearly three years and only changed the battery twice.

Laptop - 2 hours or so...anything more is luck...which is really annoying (memo to self: buy new battery)
DVD player - n/a (I have a DVD-ROM on my laptop, so I use that)
Cell phone - 2 days (if I'm lucky...my cell phone battery is horrible...I would replace it, but I'm probably getting a new phone at the end of the summer, so it's not worth it to get a new battery)
