I take my shower first thing in the morning at 6 a.m. When all is said and done, it takes around 15-20 minutes. I use the towel in the shower to stay warm. One of the worst things is getting out of the shower on a cold winter morning..brrr!

Uh-oh....Here come the habits we never wanted to know about eachother from the shower.....
As for me, I'm the same way. I HATE towling off on a cold winter morning dripping wet. So, I towl off in the shower until summer...Then it's not so bad. I actually don't mind being a bit cold if it's a hot day. Helps cool ya off.

I hate dripping water all over the floor, because the next thing that happens is: take a step, slip and fall. So unless I'm in a hurry (great paradox there) I towel off in the shower. And I always hold on to something as I'm getting out. I've cracked a couple of wooden towel bars that way (now upgraded to steel.)

I shave in the shower, towel off in the shower, then get out, apply deodorant,
brush my hair, brush my teeth (dodging around a cat or 2 that like to sit on the counter and observe the goings on) then get dressed. Generally it can all be accomplished in 15 minutes or so, though sometimes I'll linger for longer depending on how much sleep I've had and what kind of day I'm expecting at work.

Shower 5-10 minutes. Usually shave beforehand. But if pressed for time will shave "by feel" just with soap. usually some nicks then. Always towel off in the shower before getting out. No muss no fuss. easy to clean up that way.

I dry off in the shower to keep myself warm!
One time when I was younger I dried myself off outside the shower and on the tile floor. Well sure enough, after I changed etc, I walked back in and slipped on the water on the tile and my foot when flying under the radiator and sliced it right open!
