Urgent Geometric Help: Name Of Prism And Volume?

So...I'm looking for the name of a prism consisting of 4 triangular faces...also, what would be the formula to find the volume of this figure?

Indeed it is. If anyone cares, the tetrahedron is also fundamental to life as we know it, since it is the shape of the most basic molecules in organic chemistry (e.g., methane).
