Everytime I go to print a web based document such as a flight itinerary or a set of instructions for a game I get this really annoying message when I press the print button.

"An error has occured in the script on this page."

Line:639
Char:1
Error: Invalid argument
Code:0
URL: res://C:WindowsSystem32................

"Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?"

I have tried re-loading the printer but it still does it. I guess it is something wrong with Internet Explorer.
Can anyone give any suggestions?!?!?

Regards,

Richard P.

IE is a piece of crap, no way around it.

In this particular case, the problem seems to be some scripting code (probably JavaScript) wich IE isn´t capable of executing properly in the printing context. It´s not the printer, it´s the browser.

Try FireFox instead, and don´t use IE any more unless absolutely necessary for some Microsoft-specific stuff.

Seems like it is indeed an IE problem. I would also suggest Firefox, but you have to remember that it also has it's flaws.
