Thats French.I don't speak french.
But that guy wearing like that, walking like that with that attitud and smacking the guy reminded me of Grand Theft Auto.
It's not the French I learned, I think it's German, although it can sound like French at times can't it? That guy obviously thinks he's superior everyone else in the world-asshole.

There is some problem due to the buying of a shop, which price has got suddenly down (from 60'000 DM to 25'000 DM), but the guy is speaking so quick in German and swallowing his words, very difficult to understand. Anyway it's not new, because they do not count the money in EURO.

Hmm... if I understand it correctly, then I'd say this guy owns a sex-club (or something similar)...
Sounds a bit like he's speaking about how he began "mit vier Frauen in der Tagesschicht" (with four women during the day-shift), he bought a part of the company for DM 60000 ("für 60000 die Teilhaberschaft gekauft") and two months later it was DM 27000 - no idea what he means by that...
Actually, I think the guy that interrupts the interview is speaking to either the cameraman or the person doing the interview, because it doesn't look as if he says anything but stops after being addressed by someone (the person saying "Hey Alter" and "Alter bleib doch stehen"), then he gets slapped asked "Got a problem?" ("Hast'n Problem?").
The "businessman" then says "Geh weiter" ("Get going" or "Move along"), then says "Besser is das" (hard to translate, but would go somewhere along the lines of "Better for you"), and finally mentions "Hab keinen Bock mit diesen Arschlöchern zu reden" ("Don't feel like talking to these a$$holes").
Then he moves on and mentions a friend that he sees, and the video's over.
