Check out this link:

They show Delta's making about 35 mil. and Southwest's 1 mil.

It's from the AFL-CIO, so it is probably inflated.

For example, it shows Starbucks CEO making $13.8 million. But last year, according to the Seattle Times, Howard Schultz, Chairman and CEO of Starbucks Corp., only made $700,000.

The salary is often quite small (relatively). Its the stock options, bonuses, etc that boost the income of CEOs into the stratosphere.

That is true, but that website details income, stocks, etc. It's way off, still...

Typical of an organization such as the AFL-CIO, though.

If my CEO were working at an hourly wage, he would make my annual salary in 90 minutes.

I'm curious. When they say that CEO of XYZ Inc. got a salary of $1 million and options worth $20 million, do they give the total share value implied by the optioned shares, or do they give the net difference between the current stock price less the call price of the option, times the number of optioned shares? The later would be much more accurate (and lower), but doesn't look as good in the newspapers.

American - $16,000,000

Mesa - $2,000,000

Those are the only other two airlines I see.
