I know ANCflyer will want to see this when he gets a chance, but considering the lively discussions about the love A.netters have for the movie "Stripes" lately, I thought I should report this. "Stripes" is not available in a limited edition DVD. Who else is up for more Col. Hulka and more sexy girls with giant trucks and Bill Murray cracking us up with sidekick Harold Ramis

I don't know what kind of soldier I'm gonna make, but I want you guys to know that if we ever get into really heavy combat... I'll be right behind you guys. Every step of the way. "

Has anybody picked up to view the extended footage?

I tried not to pick up DVD's of tapes I allready have, but if there is significant special footage I might consider it.

I made an exception when the 5 hour DVD of Das Boot came out.
