The $197 could have bought some out of luck family quite a few meals, but now it is going to an enterprising waitress, who was most likely in need of a few extra bucks herself. That is a guess though, I just don't know too many waitresses who are rolling in cash.

Maybe if that out of luck family tried selling stupid shit on Ebay they wouldn't be so out of luck.
