following the Friday night thread, how was your weekend??
Mine was OK, went for drinks on friday and clubbing after, on saturday worked until 1pm, then BBQ at friends house. It´s winter and the wheater is just great here, so everyone enjoied it.
As I was drunk saturday, stayied in, and on sunday went to wacth me team´s game on Brasil National Championship.
Corinthians won, 4-2 against Flamengo (from Rio).
It´s the 4th win in row, we´re in 7th.......way to go.

Worked from 7am-4pm on the Saturday and 10am-5pm on the Sunday. In between that I booked some flights, continued building a large wooden bridge for an aunt of mine, and chilled out with some music. On the Saturday afternoon the weather was great so I went for a 20 mile bike ride, occupied me for a couple of hours.

Nothing out of the usual.
Went Golfing on Saturday. Got caught in a thunderstorm, ignored the horn and almost got hit by lightning. My buddy just teed off and it struck about 300 yards down the fairway, man was that ever loud. Next, the rain started to pour and we both got drenched from head to toe. On the back 9, the sun and bugs came out and we got swarmed with misqutoes and sweated about 5lbs each. Oh, and I managed to escape with a 79.
Later that night, the Duty Officer caught my Roomates and I drinking (socially, while watching a movie, not getting hammered) in our rooms. We shall see what happens today and whether or not we will get reported.

Worked 9-6.30 on Saturday which was a bit boring then went out to a private party at a pub then onto a local nightclub (pulled twice! )
Sunday dragged on at work 10.30-5, we finally got to leave at 6.30 after a mammoth cock up when doing a print and copy job!
So all in all not too bad, could have been a lot worse!

Pretty good, as Brøndby IF won the Danish Football championship on Saturday - as a result, most of the weekend is gone in a haze of beer, though I was awake enough to clash with some Bush brown-noses in a non-av thread.

Saturday - BBQ at a friends place in the evening - great time!!
Sunday - Friends over for dinner at my place in the evening.
Every other moment in between - here on a.net (yikes the addiction!)

Saturday went for a run,then went a friends for dinner.Sunday crunched cones at a local autoslalom event (lots of fun ! ) , then watched the Canadian GP in the evening..

Friday was a national holiday, so a big one!
Started Friday by going out to the countryside and shooting some trains and old stations. Was after some really old (50-year old!) diesel locomotives that still see regular use here in Portugal, and luckly I managed to get them on (digital) film.
Saturday was just about enjoying the sun and drinking a few beers with friends.
Sunday I went to Lisbon, got bored again due to the lack of interesting traffic (always the same TP, IB, BAs, etc...) and got back home to see the Montreal F1 GP.

I had a good weekend, went to Cannes on Saturday for breakfast and a mooch through the antiques market for a birthday present for my sister, then to Antibes to the English Bookshop for a browse and to buy Private Eye. Spent Saturday afternoon sitting on my terrace sunning my buns (have to be tanned and extra gorgeous for the summer). Sunday was domestic chore day (laundry and trying to clean the flat), but I gave up as it was too nice outside, and went down to the beach instead.

Saturday went biking and flyfishing with my dad...river flowing unusually high and muddy, no fish rising, caught nothing but it was still fun. Later on bought Coldplay's new cd. Waxed my car and bbq'd ribs. All-in-all, great day.
Sunday more laid back, went to church, made a pepsi run to the grocery store, applied Rain X to my windshield.
Pretty good weekend, today I'm going to my new job orientation, I'll be working nights at a grocery store here in town.
