Got my 4 disk Evil Dead Trilogy DVD in the post today, all I have to do now is wait until it goes dark, shut the curtains, and crank up the volume.
Ive yet to see the first, but the second was ace, the bit with the chainsaw cracked me up so much and "that scene" with the zombie woman where she bursts from the cellar grabbing that guy, that pretty much made me crap me pants lol.
The 3rd film is good too (army of Darkness), the zombie "baddie" guy is well funny I thought, and I loved the way the skeletons die..bits of bone and heads flying everywhere lol.
Anyone else seen any of the Evil Dead films, or is a fan or them?

The first one freaked the crap out of me. By far, one of the scariest movies ever! I didn't care for the second one. But Army of Darkness was pretty funny. Enjoy them!

I've seen all of them. (at least i think I've seen the third.) The first is excellent, and the 2nd is pretty good too. Scary and funny as hell. And yes you have to wait till midnight.

Bruce Campbell is not God....but he sits at his left foot.
Sam Raimi is not God.....but he directs God in his commercials and short instructional films.
If you liked Evil Dead you ought to seriously consider looking into Bubba Ho-Tep.
