I believe Western was referring to BOTH the 1992 and 1996 elections in which the majority of voters did NOT want Clinton.

But that doesn't matter since we have a republican system of electing presidents.

Oh-- and get off your high horse RealHigh.

I know Panam747, WTF is up with that? I made a post that was in response to Realhighs bashing of GW, and it got deleted, and so did Western727's post that was just calling Realhigh a "hippie" (not the most harsh of insults). Why were they deleted? Maybe because of this more and more people are leaving airliners.net (I wont be one of them), unnecessary deleting and a liberal leaning moderator as it seems.

RealHigh, I think you missed Western's point. You comment that most voters didn't vote for Bush, which is true. Western was pointing out that this is not uncommon. Both times Clinton was elected, most voters voted against him as well. Just trying to put things into perspective for you. You're welcome.

JetService-good point about the elections of 1992 and '96. I don't know if we have ever had back-to-back elections in a long while that the winner got less than 50%. I still believe Mr. Clinton would have won both times, as I think Perot took equally from both candidates.

N312RC, that was classic!! Did they find any more votes there?

And Zach, when are you going to grow up? What "high horse" does RealHigh have to dismount? ONe that would DARE critisize Mr. Bush? Come on now, son, had that been about Mr. Clinton, you'd have been leading the chorus in laugther and in egging other's on to do the same. You're so one-sided that you've lost all credibility on these topics.

And I've already had my run-in's with Johan on deleting certain threads. I won't rehash it here.

Scannerson:

It intrigues me to death that a booger eating moron like you would call both GW and Ron Reagan an idiot. For the record:

funnyist Dam thing on hear = funniest damn thing on here???

Duya is a idiot = Dubya is an idiot???

i no pepole are gonna get me for that = I know people are going to get me for that???

dont bring up regan he is a idot to = Don't bring up Reagan; he is an idiot too???

I live in Florida and it turns out that the state officals excepted over seas ballots after the date in heavly republican countys but would not in democratic counties (BUSH FRAUD) = Oh my God.. I can't even imagine what this is suppose to mean, but "countys" should be counties and maybe you meant expected when you said excepted but either way... wow, you have truly butchered the English language with that fine sentence.

His brouther is so courpt to = his brother is so corrupt too???

(Are governer JEB) = our governor Jeb???

Since he was elected we have had no more summer school since he cut that budjet - I intend to write Governor Bush and suggest he reinstate summer school on your behalf. By the way, budget is not spelled budjet.

There was a cement company that wanted to bulid a plant on a river here, and they approchaed the enviromental board they said it wasnt gonna happen. - Ummmm.. quite so... try approached instead of approchaed and environmental might be better as well. Other than that, this sentence is also hopeless...

So Jeb Bush Fired all them enviromental pepole and hired his own pepole - He done fired eaches and every one of em, huh??? People..not pepole..... it's people...and Fired would only be capitalized if Jeb Bush changed his last name making Fired a proper name.. which it isn't.. so don't capitalize it.

COURPT = Corrupt???

Also anyone catch the Jenna Bush drinkin in the natinal enquire?? = Fine source of information you picked there Rob. Incidentally, they spell National Enquirer like that - not like you...and as it is a proper name, it should be capitalized in this instance. Drinking has a "g" at the end of it and I sincerely doubt that Jenna refers to herself as "the Jenna."

(We all have are own opinions) = Yes we do, Rob, and mine is that if my future is in the hands of your generation and the rest of your generation is as colossally stupid as you are, then we are in VERY BIG trouble. Please apologize to Mr. Bush and Mr. Reagn for calling them idiots. You haven't got a leg to stand on.

And you expect me to believe you need your inflammatory remarks pointed out to you!? I'm afraid YOU don't have a leg to stand on. Face it, you didn't call Scannerson stupid because of his typing. For all you know, he could be dyslexic! You're much too smart to attack someone because of a superficial thing like typing skills. No, you called him stupid because he doesn't agree with you, which would make you a bigot. So, you're a bigot with no legs to stand on, imagine that.
