I have tickets for the U2 concert in MIA on Nov 13th. Have you been in a U2 Concert? Are you going to be in one of their concerts this year?

Ah Alex, you must have been right near my mates who were also at that U2 concert that night, I was looking at their photos and they managed to get right near the stage like you. Sadly I couldn't afford it, but it looked an awesome night!

Ahh that's too bad Mark as it was bloody great. Plus everynow and then you'd look up and see the MCFC crest. Bliss!

I wonder if your mate had a hard time getting a wrist band for the bomb shelter, it was a nightmare for me and Declan (shamrock_747) but we got one in the end!

Well they queued for ages outside in order to get near the front, they managed to get into the 'inner ring' or whatever that is, I'm not sure how. I was at that stadium for the three nations rugby last autumn, alot of Thomas Cook branding around the stadium too, not suprisingly!

Is it allowed to take pictures?
Is it allowed to film?

Technically no, but my mate smuggled their digital camera in, most people in the crowd have their camera's and camera phones up in the air anyway. It's hard to enforce such a rule as everyone wants their own record of the event.

I think U2 was around long before Coldplay, so it would be the opposite.

Heck, I like them both. I've got tickets to see U2 in MSP in late September, and I'm going to try and see Coldplay around the same time.

They're both a rip-off of Radiohead

BONGO,

You're really lucky. I'm dying to be there in November. But I think I can't [don't have a ticket for the concert].

Hope you tell us in detail about it.

Congratulations.

Radiohead is great, but U2 has been around longer than either. No way they're ripping anyone off.

My girlfriend and I really want to go to the one in Auburn Hills, MI in October, but I have no idea where to get tickets (other than eBay. Cheapest I could find were 200 bucks for GA). Any tips? I have never been to this sort of a concert so I don't really know what's a good seat.
