Well, quite frankly, I'm disappointed in it...first season was great...second was "ehh"...third is somewhat below "ehh" to me thus far...the whole plotline that DA Powers was corrupt and the deputies got thrown in jail and then released and then Powers goes after them, etc. didn't appeal to me (although that bit when they break out of jail, only to hear from the reporter standing outside that they are going to be released, and watching them scurry back into jail was definitely the funniest bit of this season so far)...what the show needs is less plot, and more cop parody scenes...hopefully they'll get back on track next week since the plotline with Powers appears to be over...what do you think?

I completely agree with you... although even more than the scene you described above, I loved the scenes in the cells, where Dangle was sticking his ass in Garcia's face, and the best.... when Rainesha, Clem and Trudy are talking and Rainesha and Clem talk about times when they gave it up for various reasons... including due to a guy opening a door for Clem, and due to Rainesha's first baby's daddy being nice to her after asking her for money for the picture at the dance they were at... hilarious.

I thought the episode with them in their new lives after being released from jail was funny as hell. Junior working as a carny was pretty damn funny. Rainesha as a real estate agent was a twist, Clem as a groupie was not unexpected (but a Steely Dan groupie was), Garcia and Jones as mall cops was funny, and Dangle and Trudie's lives were just a bit too obvious. I haven't caught the lastest episode yet, and the last episode I was flipping back and forth between it and Rescue Me.
