Well officially it's Friday morning in Australia so I'll shoot! When my friends visit my place I always get mocked because they claim my cupboard is way too "tidy" and everything is nicely folded and in the right place etc... I admit I am a perfectionist, but I thought it was normal to have a tidy cupboard. How else am I supposed to find what I want and make sure it doesn't get all wrinkly and stuf???
So the question is? How tidy is yours? Show us some pictures
Below is a picture of mine. It's actually only like a 1/3 of what I usually have in there, but since I quit smoking I've been (in loads) washing all my clothes to get the smell of cigarettes out of them
But even when I have all my stuff in there, it is just as neat. So now show us yours
I got it from "Tie Rack"... I believe they are an international chain so you should be able to find it. They did in in 4 different colours but I went for dark blues and greys because that's what I wore for my job interview. It got be the job back then so since that day I've loved the tie
Quoting WidgetBoi (Reply 8): but i probably take it a step further as everything in my closet is color- and purpose-coordinated. sick...huh?
Actually mine is also usually too. But I am getting rid of all the smokey smells in my clothes now, and also went through the trouble to make it look a bit messy for the picture
Quoting Mexicana757 (Reply 9): I used to color code my clothes, I still do it sometimes. I went from bright colors to dark, short sleeves in one area, long sleeves in another. I seperated everything.

No pics to put up - sorry FLY. But I will say that I currently have my summer clothing in my closet. Pants are colour coordinated with casual on the top rack and dress on the bottom rack. All other pants (jeans, shorts, etc.) are in bureau drawers. Shirts and jackets are on racks as above - casual on top, dress on bottom. All are sorted by colour. All casual shirts such as t-shirts etc. are on shelves in my armoir. Any additional clothing - such as hiking clothes, workout clothes etc. are in a separate room in another closet and armoir. Winter clothing is in storage in my guest room.

My closest is reasonably tidy; but it is packed to the gills.
I would have shown everyone a picture but the Sony memory stick that I was going to use is jammed into my computer and I can't figure a way to get it out.

Is perfectionist just another word for anally-retentive neat freak ? It looks like you have US Marine doing your ironing !
I only have a teeny tiny wardrobe and its packed solid. Everything that can't fit in it is on hangers festooned on door and window handles and the backs of chairs. My flat looks like a Chinese laundry exploded.
