well the new grill doesn't look quite as bad on this Scooby Doo as it does on that hideous new SUV of theirs.

But it still doesn't look as good as the old Impreza in my view.
Although apparently the first reviews I've read say its a big improvement to drive (if that was possible on the current model)

Oh, can I get a bag of rice with that?

The front is ok--but I prefer the current iteration the most--its still avery unattractive car--but the performance is outstanding, with that said I still wouldn't buy one--too ugly.

Or a baby Dodge Superbee perhaps? (I refer to the one sometimes featuring the huge spoiler at the back)

It looks better than recent Subaru's. I still don't like it that much (a little too garish), but it's definitely an improvement. They are so good to drive and so quick that it doesn't matter, i'd take it's looks over some small 2 seater roadsters.

OMG, stop the madness! This thing is a horrid looking machine. I can just see all the hood rats tricking out those things to hell...

Hideous.

So I wonder, is there a 5% increase on range and effeciency with those spoilers? LOL. Mabye they should look into blended winglets on the next version.

excited over that thing? I swear, people settle for so little these days....  sarcastic

That car is ugly as is every other Subaru. I mean, talk about a disproportional car...the wing is almost bigger than the car itself! These cars are an eye sore and I wouldn't be caught dead in one of those...

25 Post contains images Goose : Looks like any other rice-rocket car on the road. Only the massive wing comes stock.... can't quite see if it has a fart pipe on the back, though. Y'k
26 Post contains images Doug_Or : Great perforamnce and fun to drive. Remember, if you're inside, you don't have to look at it
27 Aerobalance : Goodness, that is one fugly machine!!
28 Flight152 : I mean, talk about a disproportional car...the wing is almost bigger than the car itself! It's not nearly as bad as a 300C with 22" chrome rims. Gross
29 CaptOveur : I don't like it because it is pretty.. Someday, when you grow up CORULEZ you may be able to look past the surface. The car is all wheel drive. It has
30 QANTASforever : I'm not a subaru fan at all. IMO - they call them "spoilers" for a reason. QFF
31 Post contains images N317AS : Capt, Looking past the surface with people is a good thing, but I could care less how manuverable or fast it is if it is going to look like that. Tak
32 QANTASforever : So you do care to some degree? QFF
33 ITA350 : I still liked the evo8 with the shark fins
34 Braniff Place : hmmm....nice rice lunchbox!! You better learn how to fight before getting behind the wheel of that mess of a thing. -Braniff
35 Post contains images Pelican : If I wanted a car with outstanding handling qualities and maneuverability I would go with this babe. pelican
36 Monteycarlos : People should give them a go... you might be pleasantly surprised with how they perform... I don't think I would ever go with another car manufacturer
37 Post contains images RayChuang : It's a fun car to drive but I can to without that ugly nose.
38 Post contains images WhiteHatter : The front of the Subaru is a ripoff of the grille style of SEAT. It looks like last year's Ibiza. Expect lawsuits. And those chav wheels are just tack
39 CORULEZ05 : and? All that doesn't take away how ugly it is! Look past the surface? I don't care how good a car performs, if I think its ugly...no way I am buying
40 MD-90 : Anyone using the term "street cred" probably doesn't have any...
41 GQfluffy : I'll still take it on with my SHO. Don't need no stinkin turbo either... fluffy
42 MD-90 : GQfluffy, you'll lose, buddy. SHO was nice, but not in the same class as a WRX STi. A plain WRX would be a fairer challenge.
43 CaptOveur : that hood scoop isn't fake OK so you will buy something beautiful that handles like a boat and has lousy acceleration.. Damn, you are dumber than I t
44 CRJonBeez : i like all but the new front end...i thought the redesigned hood scoop really brought it out in a pack, but i've never been big on large spoilers...i
45 CaptOveur : The wing is probably optional... Honestly, unless you are going over 100mph frequently it is just drag and dead weight, and added cost.. I would delet
46 Post contains images Springbok747 : Ugh, ugly. Why is the wing so big anyway? Are they scared that it's so ugly that the ground will repel it?
47 MD-90 : But you could always buy a much better looking RX-8, even though the performance is definately down when compared to the just a little more expensive
48 Post contains images GQfluffy : It's possible. But with- 3.2 liter MTX (with LSD - that's limited slip differential for you "non-gearheads") 75mm MAF Catback exhaust Stage 2 Cams Bb
49 Post contains images Monteycarlos : Yeah Monaro's are quite good... Yet your comments about British "street cred"... Please! You guys drive toy cars at the best of times. Come to a real
50 PanAm330 : I absolutely despise that new grille of theirs. Hideous. The wing on the back needs to go, and those gold wheels are very unbecoming.
51 Post contains images UTA_flyinghigh : I really would like to see how well that Exige would perform against a WRX (STI or not) in wet conditions. My guess is that it would spin more than m
52 Pelican : I dunno about wet conditions. I guess it all depends on the tires. But in dry conditions the exige would beat the WRX STI everyday. pelican
53 MD-90 : Doubt it. LOT767300ER's ride can probably outhustle a STi, but a SHO, even one with a LSD (hope it works as well as Honda's did, you'll need it for t
54 Sovietjet : I own a WRX(not STi) and have handed mustangs and camaros their asses on a plate not just in acceleration but handling too. Those boats are fast but t
55 LOT767-300ER : Son we both live in Chicagoland...what kind of handling are you doing that a SS or a GT cant do? We dont live in the Alps or the Pyrenees. Yes, I mea
56 MD-90 : Can you reliably out-accelerate the current M3? (not the new Bangled model soon to be debuted).
57 Post contains images L410Turbolet : I don't like it. The first Imprezas from the late 1990s were nice, ever since they are only facelifting it, in my opinion not very successfully.
58 Sovietjet : I was messing around with a Mustang a while back and we were on a twisty road and no matter what he couldn't keep up with me. He only caught up durin
