Well, it's time that I let the entire world know. I am a stark raving liberal who listens to Rush Limbaugh.
I just can not help myself. He is just so full of himself and crap, and does such a dis-service to his listeners. He will say that the "main stream media" distorts the facts, but he is the worst. I find it important to listen to the lies he tells as facts, so that I can try and understand the non sense that his listeners spew!

hahaha....well, I did my first coming out on A.net. It was a place to test the waters, if you will. It was a way to see what people had to say without actually facing them. Quite a safe place if you think about it. I'm surprised more people don't do it online first, and in fact, I often wondered who have. Hell, I just told my cousin about two months ago for the first time via AIM. It's the new culture really.

Yes, his non-sense attacks on the New York Times. For example, during the republican convention Rush reported that the NY Times ran in bold headlines that the GOP had adopted anti abortion plank. Well, this was only partly true. It was the secondary headline of an article about the convention, but he led he listeners to believe that the New York Times was attacking the GOPs stance on abortion, in reality they were reporting the facts.
In regards to the NY Times, they provide some of the best coverage in the world, and I believe that their reporting is excellent and not biased. However, it is without doubt that their Op-ED writers are very liberal in their views.
Most of his listeners have never picked up the Times, and only believe what he says.
Secondly, even though I am a Lib, I don't call neo-cons names and belittle their intelligence.
Thirdly, I find his attacks on Universities and educators reprehensible. He makes it sound as if being a University professor is a badge of shame.
He lambastes the American Elite....Rush, you are the American Elite.
Finally, get over the Clintons. I am so tired of his Bill impersonations!

Rush (the fatass drugie) accused senate Democrats of being racist for opposing tourture czar Alberto Gonazlez's appointment as Attorney General. I don't see him leveling the same charge against the wingnuts who oppose Gonzalez for the Supreme Court.

He is based in Columbus, Ohio and he is a massive hypocrite. Several years ago he was building 2 huge houses on his property and the contractor had an argument with Rod and his father, they ended up beating the guy and got sued..they settled out of court. There have also been acusations of sexual harrasment.
They have operated a Hawker 400, Falcon 20, a Metro II and various other iron over the years.
My favorite story was when they were doing a revivial in the Bahamas and Rod's mom flew down in the Hawker with her assistant a few days early and the plane flew back empty, how much did that cost? All paid for by their unsuspecting followers.
Of course he is nowhere close to as bad as Paul and Jan Croutch.
