You probably don't want to open this at work, although it's not really tht bad. I found this on the same site as the "Turtle Bites Boy's Penis" story.

http://www.ananova.com/news/story/sm...75.html?menu=news.quirkies.sexlife

"German MPs want to erect love shacks for the 2006 World Cup 2006 so prostitutes can service football fans in private."

"Christian Democrat Dirk Lamprecht, who put forward the idea, said: "The boxes would certainly be a better alternative to prostitutes offering their services on the streets, in parks or in local zoos."

Wow! I can hear it now: Mommy, can we go to the zoo?

Imagine a "Christian Democrat" here in the U.S. suggesting this.  flamed

Well, he is from Berlin after all. If he was Bavarian, Stoiber would probably have fried his butt the second after hearing about the "boxes".  Wink

Hey, in Berlin the professional prostitutes have even a union!

They are involved in the football world championship as well:

anyway, Berlin is a city with an openly gay mayor as well.

Have you thought about changing Berlin's name to "East Netherlands?" But what I really want to know is: what kind of cages do they keep prostitutes in at the zoo?  Wink

I don't know how the guy got the idea about the Zoo, there are two of them (legacy from divided cold war Berlin), but you'll find quite a few street walkers around the area of the West Berlin Zoo at night time. But at night the Zoo is locked and nobody can enter anyway.
Prostitution is legal in any place of Berlin, there are no off limits areas.

Can I just say how impressed I am that our German friends are going out of their way to look after Wayne Rooney....

Um. I'm terribly afraid you might be confusing us with someone else. Like Scotland.

Scotland...say, why are we constantly repeating this, I mean, everybody KNOWS about those naturally born losers that live north of England.

Yes we even asked the British government to send over a few dozen professional fatties in the 50+ age group to make Rooney feel at home.

Just shows the extreme difference between right wing and left wing definitions in the US as compares to the rest of the world. This dude is a German Conservative
