Could have been a lot worse though for the toffees--they avoided Inter, Ajax, Monaco.
Quoting AirEuropeUK733 (Reply 1): All a bit dull really - but good luck to all British teams involved
Well, Q3 is usually a bit dull before the first leg, with a few exciting return legs. However, this year there are some genuinely interesting ties from the start: Real Betis v. Monaco, Everton v. Villareal, Sporting Lisbon v. Udinese.

Quoting RJ111 (Reply 4): still can't believe how amusing the Celtic result was from the previous round.
Yes losing to the third most famous team in Bratislava
what makes it better is that their potential opponents could have been a bunch of Moldovans called Sheriff (!). Funny that they might get further in Europe than Celtic.....
Just when I thought I could see light at the end of the tunnel, it was some B*****d with a torch bringing me more work

Would have preferred another team than Ajax, but eh, I suppose we might just make it
no you won't
what a bummer Ajax jost lost from Arsenal tonight , with the only goal being scored in the 86th minute.. (with Ajax having way more chances) , and that it is scored by lupoli is even worse....
