Ever since they launched 7.0, they've been having this problem. I've worked at MSN Dial up, this is a known issue, and yet they fail on knowing how to resolve it..

It was doing that to me earlier and in addition, kept disconnecting me. Now I've got no problems anymore. Don't feel left out... I've never had MSN problems before by the way so I'm letting them get away with this one

People should remember MSN is free. It can be frustrating when it goes down, but this is life, you have to just get over it.
Microsoft could start making people pay for MSN, if you were paying for it and stopped working right, then yeah, fair enough, whine about it, you have the right too.
Some people act like its the end of the world when MSN goes down...
Its free, get over it, Microsoft don't HAVE to provide it.
