She died on Monday in Maine aged 82:

that's sad news to hear.....I was a big fan of "Dallas", even though I was in grade school at the time..I still remember many of the shows and the original "Papa Ewing"..

Picked up on Tuesday the 3rd season DVD, the one that includes the JR shooting in the year's final episode.

I of course remember her with Irene Dunne in "I remember Mama" from 1948.

Loved her as the young daughter, trying to become a writer. Yeah, it's sappy, but never the less, a good flick.
