Right now I should be reading Jane Austen's "exciting" novel Pride & Prejudice for summer reading, but obviously I'm on here instead. So I was wondering how all you folks like or disliked the novel if you have read it. I'm done with the first two volumes and it's pretty boring, but getting a bit better.

I studied it as part of my coursework last year, it is an interesting but unbelievably boring book. The thing that got me through it was http://www.sparknotes.com which has summaries for every single chapter in the book. I used this for more than half the book, and it has been a great resource.
I liked the concept of the story, but its way too boring. Only read it because I had to for school, otherwise I would never read this book for pleasure.
