Hey people!

I'm staying in a high-rise hotel (Pan Pacific) overlooking Vancouver harbor and all the floatplanes (WAHOO!!) , from my room I can see a large tower block with "Shaw" in large lettering on the top. About 30 minutes or so ago, I was in my room when I heard a large explosion, I looked through my good ol' bins, and I see paramedics, police, and fire trucks. I've now established there's filming going on as there's large lighting, and camera crews.

Does anybody know what these people are filming? Any more general info is appreciated!

Airplane 3???

If it follows the pattern of the fall-off from Airplane! (hilarious) to Airplane! 2 (pretty damn awful), I don't want to see it.

Ah, I'm sure your having a great time! I spent a couple weeks in E. Van and I know exactly where you are. The float planes coming and going are amazing....
This pic should look familiar...

There's been loads of filming in Van fo ages as the labour is cheaper than in the US and also with the actor's strike a few years ago it was a way of filming going on without the various people being named scabs.

Hey

We went to the set last night and was told they were filming "The cleaner" It's a spoof of something?! I SAW LUCY LU AND someone else who's name i can't remember, and her stunt double. Sorry about the mess of the reply, i'm hyper and i've got no time on here! Thanks for everybody's replies and, yes phyllis, i can see the views from the pool! Amazing! I've never seen a floatplane before, then like all of the Harbour air, West coast air and Baxter aviation fleet come along in one day!
