I am kinda new here but can't understand who is running this forum or website?

I see people posting their opinions only to be flamed and basically told to go #uck themselves for expressing an opinion?????

What are the rules here?

It amazes me the political conversations going on here and the flaming, for someone posting their opinion???
Seems there are alot of political experts out there talking through their butts about nothing.....

I don't care if you voted for Kerry or Bush, keep the politics out of the suffering going on the in South...........................

You mean "selective" rules. That's what this forum is about and ever will be.

Have a great day and enjoy the circus.

Roger, it's true. We all live in an inequal universe here on A.net. The rules are bent, and so are most of us. Take it all with a grain or twelve of salt. You'll be OK.

The web site is run by a web server we affectionately refer to as "Johan". Actually, there are 5 separate Johans, but we don't of refer to them as "Johans", just "Johan" as a whole. No one knows where these servers are located, but many suspect they're located several miles off the coast of the Indian Ocean strapped to a floating bouy.

Thanks everyone for the replies..........

Logan, I am sure I will do ok also...... I just understand how some go off as experts in Politics and showing how they know very little with their posts.

I was told by a friend a few things in life I will never see

1) The Red Sox will never win a world series in my lifetime

2) Dems and Republicans will never see eye to eye

3) I would never get on a plane.

Well #1 happened last year and they won it......

#2 happened 3 years ago, and I'm going on my 4th trip to Vegas and I still hate flying lol....

#3 I guess will never happen, cause as Congress sits now like here, both sides always play a blaming game!

I guess over time, I will get the feel of the forums. Though I can't agree with some of the posts, I can respect their opinions lol.......

Its a proven fact that all internet forum political discussions will always end up in an argument, and at least 3 people will blame bush for it.

Roger,

Just remember, politics exists OUTSIDE of the US too, although you may not think so from many of the posts in here. Big grin I mean, look at the Germans at the moment, LOL!

Just enjoy the many other threads that arent political and the (sometimes) pathetic attempts at humour that turn up.

Apart from the ones that slang off the more "age challenged" of us! Some people just have no morals!!!!!  wideeyed

Promise I won't forget that lol, but I am finding it hard to keep up with American politics let alone any other country lol...... So if I don't jump into a hornets nest while other countries discuss theirs you know why  Smile

That's a tough one, it seems I see politics in just about every thread lol...
