This is just a thought regarding material loss in situations like what has just happened in New Orleans. If "irreplaceable" photographs, videos etc have been lost, they may not necessarily be gone for good. Maybe there are family members and friends who have copies of these or film etc and could copy them and send them to you. Also, if you were able to come home.

This is just a reminder of something that could help replace keepsakes that one might not think about. And it is not meant to undermine things like loss of life and limb.
