Everytime there´s a sports team/person from Croatia involved the Croatian fans mis-behave, why?

Could'nt take drawing 1-1 to part timers i suppose, and we could have scored 2 in the last few minutes.

It´s not "only" football, it´s handball (using the same whistle as the referee),
tennis in Davis cup(warning for "partisan" crowd), alpine skiing (throwing snow-balls on non-Croatian competitors).
What´s wrong with the Croats sports fans?
