Should be overtaking England soon  Wink

Top 10 is:
1 Brazil
2 Netherlands
3 Argentina
4 Czech Republic
5 Mexico
6 France
7 USA
8 Spain
9 Portugal
10 Sweden

Although you know you can't trust FIFA when the USA are that high. I mean, they're crap for god sake.

Scotland have moved up 12 places to 74, overtaking teams such as Qatar, Panama, Austria and Canada  Wink

The fact that the USA is 7th on that list is probably the single most disturbing thing I have ever seen.

The reason for USA being this high is because CONCACAF is the easiest FIFA region. Most of the games they play are against very weak teams. The only other competitor in CONCACAF is Mexico. USA is able to rack up points and advance in the rankings when they play these easy teams.

Poland is in good standing. We jumped 5 places and are standing at #17 in the world which is the best result since early 1993.

They were 6th last month, I thought the victory against Mexico would get them the 5th place...

Then again, this is CONCACAF, what competition do they get?  sarcastic

We will keep improving under Walter Smith after being in the doldrums under Berti Vogts.

Hmmm seeing as we made it to the quarterfinals in 2002 and were the first CONCAF team to qualify for 2006 I would say we aren't doing that bad!

Germany is ours bitches!!

The rankings are weighted to the conferences and yes CONCAF is very low!

However, all of our international matches against Brazil, Argentina, Netherlands, Denmark, England are included in that ranking. The reason why we are so high is because we play a lot of non-CONCACAF matches not because we beat Trinidad.

The reason why we are not above Mexico is because we tied Guatemala 0-0. (we didn't even send half of our starters who were busy playing in Europe)
