Well I guess Karl Rove is planning a quick departure from the White House in the next few days either by resignation or handcuffs(PLAME)

Tonight bush did a major flip flop something he accused John Kerry of last year. bush spoke tonight in NOLA about his plans to see that NOLA is rebuilt to a great city...he spoke of forming more government and spending more $$$. Unfortunatly bush came off sounding like a liberal than a conservitive, Im sure that the 36% of the people who still support him are rethinking whether or not they will continue to give him the benifit of a doubt or whether he represents their best intrest after all.

If Rove had hoped this speech would give bush a boost in the polls and perhaps change the minds of the 64% who dont support him he very much miscaculated.......bushes ratings are going to take another dive in the polls.....

Yep I think Roves days are numbered and bushes days left in the White House will be long......perhaps george will now consider resigning...it was under his leadership this event became such a mess, bush agrees.

Rsmith, you just couldn't keep your wild ramblings to yourself, could you?

STFU. I'm no fan of this man, but I think his speech was the right medecine, albeit late, and he has my support to try and rebuild this area of the nation.

Sen. Kerry is a flip flopper. Anyone who thinks otherwise is lying to themselves. And I voted for the man (pramiry election) because it was clear Gov. Dear was not going to get the nomination.

OK, so . . . what PotUS proposed was essentially done because Mother Nature Kicked our asses . . . collectively . . .anyone denying they didn't feel Katrin'a punch - even as far away as Alaska - is a moron. What Kerry did was say "I have a plan" and never produced . . . ***

I gotta give PotUS credit, he's a week late . . . not three as some suggest  sarcastic  . . . how the fuck can you be late for something that hasn't happened yet??? . . . but he's on it . . .so far . . .

I'm willing to watch and wait and see . . .

*** please my democratic and liberal friends, this is not a Kerry Bashing thread, nor an invitation to turn it into such . . . I'm trying, vainly I'm sure to point out Randy's misguided thoughts . . .

Tax Cuts
Tax Incentives
Job creation through the private enterprise.

These are conservative values.....

Does it really matter anymore? It's not like he is running for office again. Isn't he basically (if not now, soon) a lame duck president?

Isn't knowledge more than just the acquisition of information? Shouldn't the acquired information be correct?
